The larger rooms contain a kitchenette and table area, with the remainder of rooms benefitting from large high quality shared kitchens. Also included is a bar, lounge area, flexible coworking space and a laundry room. External amenity space has been provided with private terraces on the top floors which can be accessed by a number of the apartments.
The new development sits adjacent to a railway line and
is between two buildings making access difficult, with a comprehensive logistics plan imperative.
